Wine Padma Skirt

This four-tier skirt is made by hand from 100% pre-shrunk light cotton, and the bottom tier measures over 12 yards. The waistband features a 2-inch wide non-roll elastic, providing a comfortable and secure fit. The finished skirt length is 92cm or 34 inches."
