Shipping

Shipping to US and Canada

All orders are subject to shipping and handling fees. All orders shipped to Canada and the U S. are subject to a flat rate $15 shipping and handling fee. At Gypsy Dream we try to keep our prices low as possible for our local customers; therefore we charge a fee for handling your orders that includes order processing, packaging supplies, restocking fees.

International Shipping

For shipments to all countries other than the U.S. and Canada, we will ship packages using a traceable shipping method and we will notify you about your shipping charges. The shipping costs must be paid before the item is shipped. If they are not, the order will be refunded as per the Return Policy, and cancelled.

If you are interested in having your item(s) shipped to countries outside of the US and Canada, please contact us for more information.

Customs and import duties

For all purchases outside Canada, customers are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. Gypsy Dream cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Refunds and exchanges

At Gypsy Dream we want you, our customer, to be happy with your purchase!

Please check sizing charts carefully prior to making your purchase. If you have any questions regarding sizing of our merchandise, please contact us.

Please follow these guidelines in the event of having to make a refund or exchange:

Return time period

All returns and exchanges must be made within half a moon cycle (14 days) of receipt. All items must be in original condition, showing no sign of wear or damage and have all original tags attached. Gypsy Dream is not responsible for damages incurred to purchases after shipping.

If an order is cancelled before the item ordered is shipped, 100% of the purchase price, including taxes and shipping, will be refunded to the customer.

Non-returnable items

There are no returns on any hair accessories.

There are no returns on custom orders.

Return shipping costs

If you should decide to return an item, return shipping costs are paid for by the customer; all merchandise should be shipped via a traceable method (i.e. include a tracking number) and insured for full value.

It would be appreciated if you notify us of any refunds or exchanges prior to returning so we can provide you with the best customer service.

Terms of Service

Gypsy Dream Clothing strives to provide high quality clothing and accessories that will last for years to come. If you purchase an item that is flawed or defective; Gypsy Dream will do it’s best to replace the item or we will negotiate a suitable exchanges.  Please understand that many of the fabrics used; (especially the cotton saris used to make the Padma skirts) are HAND WOVEN and irregularities in the cloth are inevitable.  At Gypsy Dream we feel these irregularities are not defects, but part of the charm of having a hand-made piece of wearable art.  Perfection is in the beauty of the flaws……just like us.

 All custom made items are final sale.
